Goodbye to a good November... HELLO DECEMBER!!!

I thought my November was a pretty good one! With a combination of an awesome first preference, great institute classes, and an in-the-process missionary experience.
My date was awesome as I said before. I asked a guy named Brian and we went to the creperie, though we didn't get to the dance until around 10, I had a super amount of fun. I was pretty happy that Alex asked someone, I heard that a lot of the guys didn't get asked because girls were being stupid. Nelson also went and won an award for his beard of all things, it was quite funny.
I don't have much to say about institute that I haven't said before. It is such an uplifting thing to be able to attend and I am really sad that this semester is almost over... only one more week to go!
I recently felt inspired to ask my about a status she had posted on her facebook, which now has led to her attending my ward Christmas party tonight! We'll see how it goes, it is going to be one interesting night!
It is now officially winter... as of yesterday! Why was it not winter before? Because I hadn't slipped on ice yet. I know it seems ridiculous to count that as the start of winter, but it happens every year!
I am strongly looking for ward to this upcoming month! I'll keep you updated on my activities and such.

What's new

What is new that has been going on in my life?
Well, since September I have been watching my four-year-old cousin Justin on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, while his family is at work and school. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have been attending institute classes, which have been a huge blessing in my life. I am going to D&C part 1 with Brother Mandin at 11 am on both Monday and Wednesday, which is an absolutely awesome class. I have also been attending another daytime class on both Monday and Wednesday. My other class is New Testament (Acts-Revelation), which is great too! I am taking one evening class at the Millwoods stake centre and Sister Butts is teaching it. Again it is D&C part 1. I love institute it is so great and my testimony of the scriptures has grown so much.
I have been slowly preparing for preference which is this Friday, and I am happy to say that Nelson and Alex are going too, both of whom have dates. I am feeling slightly nervous because this is only my date second date going with someone who I hardly know. My first was kind of a bust because we had nothing to talk about. I'm hoping this date will go better, actually somewhere deep inside I'm sure it will but I still feel somewhat nervous.
I've been thinking that I should get my grad pictures developed and then maybe I'll post them up here, maybe. It all depends if I have a way of posting it up.
I don't have anything else to write at this time but I'll keep posting as things come up.
