So summer has officially ended now and September is past. It is now the month of glorious food, thanks, ghost and treats or tricks... and of course that means my birthday! I am turning 20 this year, so I'll be a fifth of a century, halfway to forty and I will officially no longer be one of the "young" peeps in YSA.
I would like to say that I have a lot of things to catch up on but I really did not do many exciting things this summer. I would say the thing that has changed the most is that I have discovered this new thing called fanfiction. I have decided that I am going to post my fanfiction that I write on hear but read at your own discretion as it might be confusing if you don't know what it is relating to. I like writing about various things that people might consider stupid or childish but when has that ever stopped me?! So read my fanfiction posts if you want but be aware that you may have to do some research to understand entirely what is going on.
At some point during my last paragraph I decided to take a break and take a look at previous posts and realized have not posted anything prior to today since April last year! Not even this year! Oh man oh man! There might be a few that need to be updated. I am currently not living at home anymore, I live in a house with five other girls, none of which I am related to! Crazy huh? I also work at this awesome place called a physio clinic as a receptionist. Writing letters is fun and I just recently started to write some missionaries that I know, three to be exact. My goal is to get my count higher so I can get and send out a letter every other week or so. Maybe that sounds terrible but I really think that doing some old fashioned communciation will be a good thing for me and the more often it comes the easier it will be to keep it going. So if anyone knows of anyone who is lacking letters give me their name and address and I'll write to them.

I am thinking of putting up the prologue and maybe the first chapter of my novel to give people a sneak peek but I am not sure if I should or not, feedback? I get pretty nervous letting people read what I write (yet I am writing a blog, makes perfect sense) so I do not often put it up for other eyes to see. I think that maybe I need to start getting out there exposing myself; you know, either to build my confidence because my writing is actually good or to move and do something else with my life because it is not. Well, we will see what happens.
I am hoping to be better at updating this and posting so my writing improves. By the way, if you see any grammar mistakes please let me know, I fear I am not always the best at editing.
